Organization previews, connection/placement checks and topic-grouping batches now reuse validated results for 15 minutes. Identical concurrent maintenance requests share one provider call within the user’s Durable Object. Durable pending leases prevent immediate duplicate execution after a restart. Inputs, model, explicit intent, provider endpoint and processing revision identify the work; changed source/candidates/catalog invalidate reuse. Failed requests are not cached. Explicit organization Retry and a new connection review carry fresh intent. Cache retention is bounded to 64 completed results / 2 MB per user, 256 KB per entry, with expiry cleanup scheduled through the existing alarm. Original requests are not stored in the reuse table.
Every paid Claude/Gemini analysis or maintenance request and Gemini/Supadata transcription start uses the same per-user guardrail. Defaults: 250 processing starts per UTC day and two in-flight service requests. Failed starts and fallbacks count; cached results and free article/caption reads do not. Supadata polls stay within the original job’s slot. Set AIDEDMIND_MODEL_REQUESTS_PER_DAY to change the count (0 disables the daily count) and AIDEDMIND_MODEL_CONCURRENCY to 1–4. This is not a dollar-exact billing cap; unknown or already-running provider work can still incur charges.
Claude SDK automatic retries are disabled for paid requests. Existing saved queues control retry timing. Capacity/daily waits preserve pending work without consuming retry attempts; the server’s bounded retry delay survives app reload. Background shares defer until the allowance resets. Existing progress panels explain waiting, without new controls or navigation.
Reading models, evidence filters, matching payload budgets and grouping rules are unchanged. Breakdown results and transcription jobs are not part of maintenance-result reuse; their existing deduplication/cache paths remain. Receipt accounting from v43 remains authoritative for observed usage. Whole-library reprocessing is not required. Worker deployment and app v44 enable the full change.
